Boo-tastik!

Tooting my own horn again! I can't claim the original idea b/c I actually stole it from a magazine but I did follow through with the crafting! Pretty cute huh? Just getting ready for fall and Halloween.....

Chompers!

I am not sure when it happened but Makenzie has grown up on me. Tonight she grabbed an apple and began chomping down. I really didn't think she would get far but she actually ate almost half of it peeling and all. Oh my she growing up.

Chiquita Banana Girl!

After a long day at work I come home to this image. Daddy and Makenzie had been playing a little dress up this afternoon. Luv it! Nana Graves brought this apron back for us from Spain. She is definately "la cucu racha!" (or whatever)

Summer's gone....Welcome Fall

Forgive me if I go overboard with the pictures here. The fields around our house are blooming with the wild flowers and the cornstalks are about 12 feet high. I wanted to get a "few" shots of Makenzie with the great scenery. Here she is.....

My version of Martha!

Ok...so I would never consider myself a "domestic diva" by any means. But I am quite proud of my flower arangement that came straight out of my backyard. Yep, my homegrown flowers! It might not be Windy's flower arangements but it will do for me.

Monkey Slippers and My Tutu

There is something about a tutu that changes everything about a little girl. Makenzie was playing in her closet the other day and we decided to try on one of her tutus. I couldn't get the thing off of her until bathtime. I think it also tugged a little on Daddy's heart too as she was just a-be-boppin around the house like she was little miss thang!

Labor Day!

I am pretty sure that Labor Day doesn't represent the exclusion of "Child Labor Law" day Daddy!

An evening at the park.

What a perfect ending to a work day! I love Indiana in the fall. We have some of the best weather here this time of the year(unfortunatly still doesn't make up for the snow!) Makenzie had a blast.
